When returning your product, please use a guaranteed/insured method of shipping (with signature confirmation) so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO WE RETURN SOMETHING? We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days of your purchase. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number.

If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email at info@madians.pk . The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.
